My mail that was on hold was to be delivered by the PO to my address in Cameron Park today AUG 14, WHERE IS IT??? It is now 3:35, Aug 14 !!! Conf. #CAHxxxxx5512. If you can't fulfill your promise, then don't make one!

I'm not stupid, obviously my mail will be here on Monday. The point I'm trying to get across is that when the P.O. received my "mail hold" request to end on the 14th and be delivered, they should have said it was not possible! I have an important document coming and therefore would have ended the hold on the 13th! DON'T MAKE PROMISES YOU CAN'T KEEP!

The mail is still likely at the case. Most holds end on a Monday. They will "likely" notice and deliver Aug 16.
