I called this post office about a concern I had with an eBay shipment. I live in Utah and they are in California, I called and I immediately was greeted by a live person! The guy helped me and gave me the right answer. Small towns are the best. Love how much they care about others!

You should call in with a tracking number during open hours. The tracking number will provide the location the package was last scanned. They deliver same day if it arrived in the morning. Some times FedEx will deliver to the wrong location & they have to get the package back. You should also be able to look up tracking online from home.
I'm not stupid, obviously my mail will be here on Monday. The point I'm trying to get across is that when the P.O. received my "mail hold" request to end on the 14th and be delivered, they should have said it was not possible! I have an important document coming and therefore would have ended the hold on the 13th! DON'T MAKE PROMISES YOU CAN'T KEEP!
They have people in the Office Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Limited hours on Saturday. A Manager will likely answer calls around those hours. If you can't reach someone on the first try. Try calling back after 15 minutes. The managers some times have to help customers at the front.
