Was Looking to spend about 10k on a door/window remodel. Selected to style of Simpson door I wanted online, requested a quote this local company. Always try to support local. No response for 2+ days. Called multiple times.. No answer. Stopped by the showroom, explained that I requested info online and hoped to get some info. Without even getting out of his comfy chair, gentleman stated he doesn't deal with the website... and it would be 2 weeks before he could even give me a price. I declined. Suggested they should update their website. He advised that I had wasted my time. Indeed. Go elsewhere for you needs.
