My dog was injured at daycare I believe she may have been kicked I want to know if I need a police report or need to contact the ligal dog warden

Take to vet get x-rays then you would have your proof then hire your attorney

Id take her to the vet and have xrays done. They may be able to tell you if it was blunt trauma to where she was kicked. Then file a police report and contact the dog warden.
