It's a really spacious and convenient bar. Especially when using the Ohio Theater, the exit is right next to the Ohio Theater, so it is really good.

A lot of times they will have an attendant at the ticket dispenser and charge five dollars. Please have cash ready. If not it will run about twelve dollars on your credit card using the machine when you depart the garage.
I park here every day for work, I pay $6 for 4 hours, $10 for 8 hours, $20 a full day... so 20 days would be $400

Too much. There's a surface lot across the street that's $7 per day.
It is close to the elevator. If you look at the pictures you can see a handicapped parking spot next to the elevator.

That sounds very strange! I havent seen that happening ever. You normally take a ticket while you go in. You pay inside at the machine by cash/card or while going out at the exit lanes by card. Sounds like something that needs reporting😤
