Bought a ticket in advance for 12/16 event parking. When entering the garage, it would not read my mobile ticket...just gave me a new paper ticket with instructions to pay it before exiting. Lost my money and the " convenience ".

Booked over night rate pre paid...they charged me 5 dollars for that. My digital pass they sent me wouldn't open the gate we had to get a new ticket when I tried to leave and it was before my pre booked exit time by 30 mins the gate would still not take my prepaid pass on my phone per the email instructions, no one there to assist so we had to use the new ticket we pulled to get in to leave it charged 45 dollars. No where was it clear on the pricing and the digital qr codes they send you don't even work.Dont waste your time pre booking if you need to stay overnight. Good luck trying to determine the price beforehand.

Elevator is unsafe. I parked on the roof and it jammed between roof and the previous floor and then fell half a floor. I got out on the lower floor and walked up to the roof Low prices though.
