THIS IS A STAFF ONLY GARAGE. At least that is what I found it to be when I tried to enter at 6:45 am. Infuriating experience yesterday trying to park in this garage. I pulled in and up to the entrance gate only to find no ticketing machine. So I was stuck in front of a gate that wouldn't raise. It was only when I got out of my car and walked back to a little scanner that I saw a tiny sign that said "staff only". No where on the large wayfinding garage signage does it say this, not on the gate, nor is it specified on Grant's website, which I referenced prior to my trip to understand parking availability. I had a single person behind me (thankfully it wasn't more), that I had to ask to backup because I couldn't access the garage and she yelled at me "Just use your I.D!!" I said, "I'm not STAFF! I'm a GUEST!". She reluctantly backed up so I could get out. When you're stressed, and worried about a sick loved one, this kind of thing is literally the last straw, especially when it is so easy to place large informational signage. Being yelled at by a random employee is unacceptable.

Never reviewed a garage!! But I think I actually parked in valet cuz I require a cane.
