By industry standards, any shelter that euthanizes less than 11% qualifies as no kill. FCDS does qualify as "no kill". Another commenter is incorrect, FCDS does not send dogs elsewhere to be put down.

I do not think so but im only 80% sure because they may send them off somewhere else to be euthanized!
