How much should I expect to pay for hearing aids. I know it varies but could you give me a range. I just ordered some for $5000.

Susan; Great question, unfortunately, it isn't an easy one to answer! As with most technology today, the cost is dependent upon the type of device you want and the features you wish that device to have! A set of the latest, blue tooth capable Hearing aids, designed to help you hear in noisy environments and equipped with rechargeable batteries would be a steal at that price! You'll likely find prices range from $1,000 to $3,600 each, depending on how advanced you want your technology to be and whether you need a custom product. Further complicating the discussion is that not all price quotes are the same! You'll need to consider whether your price includes follow up services and a warranty or whether you will have to pay for each follow up visit separately. Here is a link to a great Buying guide developed by Consumer Reports: https://www.consumerreports.org/cro/hearing-aids/buying-guide/index.htm Cheers to better hearing with your new hearing aids!
