I noticed the same thing. Long time in lines. Super long time to get help in isles.

From what I observed they have few employees that are able to serve click and pull customers like me. The rest stand around in traditional roles that really don't have a function anymore. A lot of stores don't have people that can make decisions at store level like they used to.
