Do Not Expect True Justice There is a clear reason why this little township rakes in so much money a year off of traffic violations. The staff members were clearly biased when i chose to exercise my rights to a trial !!! A innocent person wouldn’t want to take a plea. The prosecutor, judge and window clerk ( they really had the surprise face going )questioned my decision to take the matter to trial. With that said i doubt i would get a fair shake.

Your court appearance time was given to you either in person, at court, or, if you entered a plea by mail, the court would have mailed you a return court date. If you never received it, try checking the address that you have listed on your vehicles registration, and/or your drivers license. A court notice would have gone to the address listed on your driver's license. If you have an old address listed on your license, then you need to give it a once over. On the back, there is a statement advising you that you have 10 days to advise the DMV of any address changes. The US Postal Service "DOES NOT" forward mailed materials from the DMV. Anything from the DMV goes to the address listed on your license, or your registration, depending on what the correspondence consists of. If you no longer live at the address listed, you don't get the mail. This is why the law allows you 10 days to update your address with the DMV....Not 10 weeks, or 10 months, or 10 years.
