I keep calling the 888 number to address my issues and the number is constantly busy? Who else can I call

I had the same problem. That's the only number to call and they only take appointments in person. I downloaded the redial app. It'll call the number repeatedly until you get through. That's how I was able to finally speak to someone. I hope this helps
