This service plays favorites with people it is definitely not equal to everyone. Some people have been there over a year and others are kicked out within 90 days. This facility changed it's smoking policy to no smoking on the grounds. The staff there routinely smokes right outside the building. The staff will have someone dismissed from the program for smoking 100 yards from the building. They need to deal with the drug sales issue and use that blatantly goes on in front of the staff members. This program is flawed and unfair... They say you must go through Your Way Home in order to get in while the program director skirts the program rules and let's certain people in because they've been there before and she's friends with them. Shut it down
