Unless it's below freezing, no. I would strongly suggest that you dial 211. You can do your initial intake over the phone. Then make sure that you are down there in the morning. I would suggest 7:30, or a little before. It's first come, first served in the line and then they do a lottery once they take your name and you're inside.
