Don’t bother making an online appointment or arriving 5 min early. They take walk-ins BEFORE appointments. Just show up at opening time. Zero confidentiality in waiting room, too. They ask name and reason for visit audible for all despite reason being included in online appointment. Could hear walk-in name, employer (happens to be my son’s school), and drug test reason for visit.
