I would definitely go here again if I am in need. The entire staff from check in to PA was wonderful!!

I had a superb experience today! I was able to get on the waitlist online, and legitimately waited for less than 5 minutes to be seen, have vitals taken, and meet with the provider. The staff was all exceptional! David was my provider and he was excellent! He listened to my concerns, conducted an exam and walked me through everything. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had!

I went to Concentra urgent Care, on S Tryon complaining with Flu symptoms. After filling out their info sheet and 15 minutes waiting, they told me that they can't treat all these symptoms here (temperature, runny nose, headache, sore throat), and I have to go to a hospital. I went home trying to find a hospital. I found Atrium Health Center Urgent care which is couple of minutes away. In Atrium I got tested positive for Covid19. It was a surprise to me since I am fully vaccinated, and the symptoms is similar to the Flu. The nurse and the doctor were courteous, helpful, and really care for you. They put me on Quentine for the rest of the week. They provided letters to the employer and a lot of printed material to how to protect myself and others. I didn't pay a penny for that excellent service, not even the co pay. The moral of the story is Concentra, denied me (77-year-old man) an easy service, while Atrium saved my life. Atrium also open 7 days/w. To deny medical service from a medical institute is unethical, unmoral, and I consider it as a crime, from now on I will go only to Atrium, Thanks a million Atrium.

It is like they do not want business from anyone! Yes there is attitude and I did not feel safe there. I left immediately. Atrium Health needs to take a look what is going on in this rude establishment.
