Absolutely the slowest urgent care/doctor/emergency room I've ever been to. We booked an appointment online and were seen quickly, but ended up waiting in the exam for almost two hours.

I have been here for multiple reasons over the past 2.5 years. The people are great, friendly and knowledgeable. Service is fast. Would recommend always.

My family has been to this Urgent Care location many times and Ryan has always provided excellent patient care. He takes time to explain your diagnosis and explains the best way to care for your self at home. He always follows up to ensure his patient is feeling better after their visit. This is one of the best Urgent Care locations in the Atrium system. Thanks to the staff at Rea Farms Urgent Care for providing excellent service!

I stopped by the Rea Farms urgent care without an appointment at approx 7 PM on a weekday, fully anticipating a long wait as the other clinics I had looked up all had a lengthy wait times. The receptionist was not very warm and fuzzy or concerned with my injury but she was helpful, to the point and got me very quickly registered. I was taken right back, treated and left within 20 minutes! The nurse was very thorough and kind—he listened to my concerns and took notes. The doctor was in quickly thereafter. She did my examination, provided the necessary education and follow up care. They called in a prescription which was ready very shortly after. Excellent experience! (Especially considering I had stopped at another atrium urgent care before this one and no one even came to the front desk after almost 10 minutes of waiting! Yikes!)
