Fast. Got me in before my appointment. Cared for extremely well. Walked out feeling immediately better. Best urgent care experience in Charlotte.

This place has either gone downhill, or we were just unlucky and arrived here when the worst of their staff was on shift. I've been to this urgent care before, and like every other review, had an excellent experience. I needed to take my mom in, and our experience was disappointing and enraging. We had multiple issues but the biggest one was we never got to see a medical professional after waiting there for over an hour, in an empty clinic, with an appointment in hand. They were having trouble locating our insurance, and were less than accomodating even when the insurance agent called them and was ready to provide eligibility. I had to deal with something similar when I had been here, but they were able to work directly with the insurance company back then. Both these insurances are with major insurance carriers, FYI, and we have had no trouble using either elsewhere. Halfway through, I let them know that I would pay out of pocket and deal with insurance later. I had seen their SurePay rates online. They proceeded to make us wait and we eventually left because my mom could sit there much longer and needed to lie down. Google character limit doesn't allow me to post all the details, but overall I got the impression that they didn't want us there or didn't want to get us medical help, for whatever reason. I don't think I will ever go back here. This experience was bad enough that prior good experiences don't really mean much anymore.

Update: Raising rating to six stars. Rx they gave me was expensive so I went to better med portal and messaged the doc. She called me 5 minutes later to say she had already solved the issue when my pharmacy called. What doctor calls you back in 5 minutes? Ridiculously good urgent care clinic. Got an appt online and filled out my online info. When I arrived they were so friendly and they asked "Are you Mr. Dave?" I said, "yes". They asked only one other question (their software didn't ask pharmacy). They said I could walk back to exam room 1 (they didn't escort me which I thought was cool . . . never had a medical office who believed I could find room 1 on my own!). Nurse was in about 1 minute later and took my vitals. Super friendly and easy going. She was concerned about my stats so she had me do somethings to bring them. So super friendly and fast but also thorough . . . not just going through he motions. 3 minutes later the Nurse Practitioner (Katie Salloum) was in. She was also super friendly and thorough. Diagnosed my swimmers ear in 2 minutes. Transmitted a script to my pharmacy. The entire visit from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out was 15 minutes. My wife went a month ago and had the same experience so it is not an accident.

Yes I went in there a couple of weeks ago and they actually require an appointment, no walk ins at this time.
Yes
7/22/2021 - $269 without insurance. If you have insurance, they will bill them and ask for a credit card to keep on file in case insurance does not pay.
I'm not sure what you mean. I took the PCR test that afternoon, and they called with the results within the hour. They then posted the results on their patient portal. I printed the results, and flew to Dubai that same evening. Dubai wants a PCR test within 96 hours of your arrival.
Make sure your insurance covers it and make sure BetterMed knows it as well. Honestly the CVS drive thru was less trouble
Hi, Doris. The location is near Cachet Southend and H&R Block
