Our wenniee dog got attacked by a stray dog an his throat is ripped open. I don't have the money to talk him to the vet an I don't no what to do an putting hi to sleep is a last resort. What can I do to help him.

Take him to the vet and worry about the money later. If the dog is suffering and needs medical treatment you must take it to a vet. I realize the financial situation but if you cannot afford it, an animal rescue center (AARF) should take care of your dog. I am sorry to say it but if the wound is that bad--- your best bet for the animal is to have him put too sleep. I know it's a difficult thing but with what we have available to help someone with no money is quite pitiful. So, if you are thinking more of the animal, I would go this way--- unfortunately.
