That's as bad as the mental hospital. I guess that at least you get them healthy for the next go round though they release them but I don't care how hard they hey--- alot of these animals will be released too abusers or users. I am sure that they do the best that they can humanly do but this is just a fact. It's kinda like the CPS. They do what they possibly can but there are so many who fall through the cracks and I really do hate to be one of those negative people but it's not really negativity, it's just reality. These are the ones that I feel bad for. I had someone tell me that they worked for the FHS but they couldn't go in a certain part of building but they stood outside of the door which they could not enter and listened too an animal being further abused (after all the animal had already been through) and told that " you are not so tough now are you"? It literally made me sick to know that an animal who probably felt that his help had come, had to further endure such treatmen
Stray hold is 3 days (or 72 hours) before animals are released for adoption.
