I believe part of it depends on what the artist requires. The venue's requirements seem to have been significantly relaxed.
Saw Ministry there on 3/18 and no masks or vaccination card were needed

Last week on Wednesday there were no restrictions. We showed out tickets and walked in.
I was there 2 weeks ago and they required a vaccination card or a negative PCR test. I'm not sure if this was the venue's policy or the policy of the touring bands. No masking inside.
Last week they just required vaccine card to get in. Not sure if it's changed recently. Just show it before you go thru metal detectors and you're in
I'm not sure about the show you're going to in particular but wake county has passed a bill or something saying you can't force someone to be vaccinated or wear a mask so... If being concerned about having to get a shot or wear a mask is your thing I wouldn't worry. If you're worried about getting COVID... I'm truly sorry... I'd sit this one out until COVID is done wiping out what ever percent of the population that it decides. Good luck!
