Dressy casual. Bring a sweater for those cold shoulders.
I'd call it "smart" dress. Definitely not shorts or t-shirts. Most men were in sport coats but with jeans or slacks and no ties. The women looked great and were definitely "out on the town."
It was a very nice place. I would go again.
