They only charge entrance fees for special events like the Battle of Monmouth reenactments. Some parts of the trails may be a bit rough for the average strollers.
No charge to park or Drive around. Mostly walking battlefield. Trails are a mix. This is a walking park. Stroller needs big wheels & must be light. Jogger stroller would handle things best or pop kid in a backpack.

Parking and the musuem are free. It's free to walk around but I don't know how stroller friendly the trails are. There is still a lot of shady areas to walk around even if you don't go on the trails.
There are no fees for entering or parking. There are several trails there, and it depends on the kind of stroller. The ones with the big wheels should be fine.
