Parking passes are required of all visitors to Harbison State Forest and can be obtained at fee boxes located at each parking area. Proceeds from the parking passes help to maintain and improve the trail system on the Forest. Harbison State Forest does not receive any tax dollars for its operations, relying instead on user fees, facility rental, and the sale of forest products to cover these expenses.
