My wife and I just drove to the park today, Sunday 2/18, and could not find a place to park. Two parking areas were closed off and people were parking in the street of the entrance way. Is there no park ranger enforcement on duty today?

Parking is always an issue.

I don't know why, but the hours posted on the main gate is not followed by the staff. Sometimes the gates are opened and most of the time they aren't. There is more parking beyond those gates.

Main parking lot is at the Ed Center past the first gate.

Parking is limited near the entrance. There are many more parking places a short distance down the gravel road.

If you go down the gravel road there is more areas to park.
