I'll start with the positive. The front desk staff was extremely apologetic and friendly. I would love to write a review on the doctor, but seeing as we never saw him, I can't. Why set an appointment time to then be told it would be a 30 minute wait? We came back in 30 minutes later and was told it would be 2 hours more. Guess that's why it's called MEDcare and not Urgent Care. A complete waste of time.

They could have already checked in online or they were getting something simply done. Next time ask. Don't be afraid. Your time is important too.
Hi Will, It is our policy that all minors (16 and under) have a chaperone with them at all times during their visit. This does not have to be their parent but we will need the ID of whomever the chaperone is with them to scan into their chart.

Paul that would be incorrect. We do DOT physicals , however only have one current provider liscense to do them. (Dr. Miller). So they must be seen wherever and whenever Dr Miller is working. For DOT physical it is $90 and urinalysis is $7.50, so $97.50.
