Wacht that store closely.. Proud to be Called Manager. Person name Joseph Levy. Zero costumer Service Zero education . Zero experience Not be able to exchange a Polo Shirt.When one of the genius employees Remove the alarm and make a hole on the Shirt , I bought it 4 days a ago with the receipt. That Employee Experienced Manager refuse to exchange and over explain 10 times and waste my time. During the year I expend more than $10,000 on Ralph Laurent. Is really sad how a bad employee can destroy a good reputation. Offcourse Mr Levy i will file a Case against RALPH LAURENT B.B.B For repoff and bad Quality and selling Top Prices.
