Ross Dress for Less

I shop at Ross all the time but would probably not visiting this location again, especially if I need help with returns. The acting manager doesn’t know return policy and insisted that she could only get me the store credits equivalent to the current selling price as the receipt is over 3 months. She insisted on this even after I showed her the return policy on Ross site and there was nothing supporting her claims. I ended up visiting another store and they let me return without a question. I also contacted Ross customer service afterward for clarification (in case they recently changed the return policy) and as expected they did not. The customer service person explained that the store needs to do an off-line return and suggested asking for onduty manager for assistance which I did, but she didn’t really help except for continuing to explain the policy that seems to exist solely at this location.

Dirty blonde cashier has some attitude problems she was just rude for no reason shouldn’t be working at the front end gave a cringe face at us for no reason acted like an idiot. Never seen her before normally all the cashiers are nice and cool but she needs to work somewhere else

I've shopped at Ross for many years I still have many good taste and elegant peaces, but nowdays is more difficult to find good taste, nice looking clothing, I guess they have been cought of in the trending were old looking, ripped of clothing is what they sale

Crested Lark

This store is usually pretty tidy, so I love to shop here. The workers are very nice and amiable people, especially Marlene in the fitting room! Will definitely shop here again :)
