A lady moved in across the street from me , and has two dogs that she leaves out all day, from 7am to late afternoon, that bark constantly at nothing. It's very disturbing, especially Saturday and Sunday mornings. Is there anything we can do?

Yes. Call 311 to have an officer investigate. Call 311 each time it happens so a case can be built.

Call 311 every time it happens. On the weekends too. If you are talking with other neighbors that it disturbs, have them call also. An officer will investigate. Make sure you given them the most likely times it occurs.
