If Hendrick automotive group strives on integrity I think all information on a vehicle should be presented up front before credit apps are ran and down payment is taken,especially on high dollar sports car no carfax was ever shown til i was signing

You need to be your own advocate in purchasing from a dealer. Know what you want, what your price is and stick to it. Also don't fall in love with the car/truck until after the deal. Find vehicles at other dealers that you are interested in so they know that you can go elsewhere

I Disagree. I drove up, met by salesman, looked at vehicles, picked a New Chev. Silverado Z71 Crew Cab Customized, test drove it, negotiated price, paid for it, drove it home. After sale service has been great. Having purchased many vehicles from numerous dealers, Rick Hendricks Chevrolet is by far the best I have dealt with. You just might need to look in a mirror and ask who you see to question his actions.
