Good experience buying my 2023 Corvette. Had to wait a while for my position to come up, but that was expected. Ian communicated with me throughout the process. Minor scratch on the car when I picked it up (I doubt the dealerships fault) and they immediately offered to fix it. Car was everything I expected and more. Service with sales team was very good.

My experience with Allen Kelly was above and beyond excellent customer service. This would be my second purchase with Allen Kelly. I purchased a 2016 Malibu with him 5 years ago and that experience blew me away. I was scared, nervous, anxious, and exhausted. all the feelings you have when you purchase a car, for me it was my first time purchasing a car. Allen was so patient, kind, genuine, truthful, sincere, and most important trust worthy. He made me feel like the most important person in the room. he greeted me with a firm hand shake and a warm smile with his sun glasses perched on top of his head. I'm actually starting to tear up a little because I can still recall that day as if it was yesterday. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. That day turned into night and he still was there with me until I drove of the lot in my new car. Unfortunately, I was rear ended in that 2016 Malibu on June of 2022. It was so hard to let my Malibu go, but what turned into loss soon turned into me coming back to my family at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I came on the lot looking for Allen Kelly, I didn't want no one else, but Allen and when I couldn't find him I wanted to give up. However, I came back to the lot and that's when I saw Allen, my whole world lit up and I knew I was getting my car that day. Allen again greeted me with a big smile and hug. We searched that lot for a while looking at cars and nothing I saw I liked. However, Allen knew exactly what my heart was set on. Allen never gave up, As we stood outside, Allen told me to stay put he might have something I might like. When he pulled up around the corner it was a beautiful black 2022 Malibu. I love my new car and I owe it all to the best Salesman Rick Hendrick could ever have, Allen Kelly. Allen is truly a blessing to have at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. He is the driving force of going above and beyond. Allen is an example of how car shopping should be. Times are hard these days and the type of person Allen Kelly is, is exactly what you need in selling cars and in the world. He is truly and Angel to your store and to me, you all are from finance, to the mechanics when I brought me 2016 in a couple times for a routine oil change.
