We were looking for a new Tundra for my husband. He knew exactly what he wanted and wasn't willing to settle for anything less. Angel, Matt Worlock, and Jeremy Young were all very helpful in getting him the perfect truck. We made a few modifications to a truck that was sitting on the lot so we weren't able to take the truck with us on the same day. We were kept well-informed of the progress along the way and were finally able to pick up the perfect truck. When we arrived to get the truck, a small dent which we had negotiated to be repaired had not been fixed. Matt made a phone call and promised us he would make it right. We dropped the truck back off a few days later and it felt like the entire dealership was there to help correct the problem. Every one we encountered was polite and understanding of our concern. While the truck was in 'recon' for the dent repair, Matt was constantly texting me to let me know the status. The recon department did a phenomenal job on the repair and you would never know it ever existed. We would 100% purchase another vehicle from this dealership-especially if we have Matt on speed dial. :)
