think it can be as long as 3+ yrs now on average. i would imagine they have a big waiting list. They do however have a new "phase 2" apts. Looks almost finished, opening next door on property. I imagine early 2020 from look of things. They will be taking applicatons i bet soon for those. I can see them getting full pretty fast. (not a tendant, but kind of knew answer so....there ya go.)
