Hi Mrs. Boing, it appears that you may have posted to the incorrect business page as SCVSEC is different hospital. If we can help in any way please let us know.

I am so sorry , that is not the way they treated me with my 4 month old American Bully with parvo. They did end up keeping her for 7 days and charging me a fortune $5k+ and when I got her back she wouldn't eat anything for one and a half days but she did finally start to eat and in the end she did fully recover. I know they saved her life. I ended up having to sell my car to pay for it. They did work with me on getting them paid, I told them I only had $2000 to give them and that it would take me a couple days to get some more money and they just used the money I gave them and when my bill got close to that amount they would call and ask for more so they could continue with the treatment. Anyways they have no right to take your dog without letting you say goodbye or at least know where he or she was going and to let you know if the dog was going to be treated or put down. I would call them or go down there and bug them until they told me. Again I'm so so sorry that your puppy got sick

That is odd, and that's not right...i would call the ASPCA and see if they can give an answer.

Yes I told them everything. And no he wasn't abused. My first visit with C Vets was great. Yes they let me say bye after I asked but we sat there about 20/30min before anybody finally came to us. One lady just said how is your financial problem, And I just thought ok I brought the $ they told me to bring. Then really it was like they just wanted me gone. I signed a paper 4 him to be helped if he could by a rescue team but why did I have to sign my rights of knowledge of him dying or surviving. I just know it was confidential n I can't know nothin. I still wonder. I almost felt like the Place had something fishy going on. Very confused 😕 I got alot of weird looks n such. I'm at a lost of words. I only wanted him to be saved. But the whole time we were there at C Vets in Columbia S.C. I was told if he did have parvo time was crucial. Well no Dr. Rushed to him or us, and when we left he was still in the room looking like he was about to die.

Are you sure you told south carolina eemergency vets everything. The only thing I can think of is the dog showed signs of abuse. Call them ask them if you found or bought the dog from someone be totally honest. They treat my dane for a heart condition and they were wonderful. I advise anyone especially those with pups who survived Pasco like one if mine is get dog insurance mine pays 80% it's embrace it has a deductible far less then the treatment of parvo
