Performed emergency surgery on my American Pit Bull Terrier after she had been hit by a car that caused a left Tibia / Fibia Fracture. The Doctors and Vet team did an amazing job caring for my sweet Sophie in her time of need stabilizing her until she got to surgery and saving Sophie leg. Sophie is currently home recovering and healing well. Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital 🏥.

RUN! The care our dogs received there has always been decent. BUT... We've had our dogs on their wellness plan since we rescued our dogs- close to 10 years. We recently had to euthanize our boy due to cancer and Banfield made us payout his wellness plan!!! The money you pay for care for your baby, then euthanasia, then cremation and these as#@ol#s make us pay for a wellness plan for 6 months from our baby's passing!!@ NO sir! They don't care about anything but money and we have paid them and changed vets. Never again!

Was not pleased at all with the Vet techs there or the receptionist soon arrival. No smiles. Felt awkward & like we were burdening them asking questions Working at an animal clinic /hospital you should have the utmost respect and love towards any clients that chose to come into your place of business with their babies All the girls there wcold and felt emotionless. The receptionist was flat out rude. Several times. If I could remember her name I’d post it But I was there on Friday 8/10 at 2:30 I’ve grown up Working at Vets and doing volunteer work with shelters & rescuers and although my passion is 100% for animals I know that greeting people with a smile and showing concern is extremely important ! ****** On the other hand .. Dr Littlefield is amazing. We love her! She Extremely educated, calm & listens. and we didn’t feel rushed outa there like some Vets make up feel .. like they have to get to their next patient. She’s warming & sincere and we trust her. Thank you Dr Littlefield for your kind heart & the love u gave Lola when we came in

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 29, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 29, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
