I was charged $230.00 for labor to change a $32.00 switch on my dryer that took 15 minutes to change. This is nothing but price gouging. I will not use Sears repair again. People be aware if you call them.

Serviceman was friendly and appeared competent. However, his diagnosis of the non-functioning dishwasher was that the motor needed replacing, but not made anymore. Even if available, cost would be more than a new one. So we will be dishwasher-shopping.
