I want to thank Nicole Highsmith for the great job she did bringing our Sampson (bubby) home for us and Dr. Thomas for her services

Vet Techs and Dr Thomas were amazing. There was going to be a wait so the tech took AnnaBelle back for Dr. Thomas to do a quick triage. They then worked her in, did X-rays and blood work. Both the tech and Dr sat in the floor with her to examine her so that she would be more comfortable. They loved on her throughout. They gave me options and let me choose what I though best for her. Would recommend to anyone who loves their babies and wants them to have the best of care.

They have a wonderful staff... My lil-man Heimdall suffered head trama. I was thinking the worse. But this building full of Angel's I will forever be indebted to... I really couldn't say enough good things about this place and it's people... They seemed to love my lil guy as much as I do.. while the price may be high it directly reflects on there ability to provide this great service to mankind.... Once again thank you to the entire staff y'all are amazing!!! I love you all from the bottom of my heart. May God bless each and every one of you!!!

I called to have my cat seen and was told the surgery was $3000-$5000. They offer “programs” that no one qualifies for (I’ve asked several people and they’ve all said they were denied). This is another facility that preaches how they love animals but will let yours die if you don’t have the funds

Questions & Answers

Can they cure Parvovirus from a puppy if so how much would it cost?

Daisy Lopez | Sep 27, 2020
Taylor Hinshaw | Sep 27, 2020

Parvo has no actual cure. There is always a 50/50 chance if they live or die. You treat the symptoms and that’s all. You’re looking at $1500+

How can you tell if a dog is running a fever?

Beck J | Sep 27, 2020
Mrs. Kelly | Sep 27, 2020

Dogs will typically shiver when they're temperature is elevated. You can check their temperature rectally. A dog's normal temperature should be between 101-102.5 anything lower or higher they should be seen by a Dr to diagnose why. I hope that helped and hope your pup feels better soon! 💖

Do they have payment plans or is out of pocket

They also accept scratchpay. If there's another form of payment or credit, please contact the clinic, I'm certain that they would love nothing more than to be able to help everyone and their pets.

Do they do payment plans? I am maxed out, I have spend over 500 in two days. My baby girl (dog) is not improving and I can not lose her. I am a mom of 2 boys. I need a payment plan.

I would suggest first calling your primary vet to see if they can help, as they will have your pet's medical history. If you do not have a primary vet then please call our hopsital at 803-561-0015 and they can further discuss this with you, get more details, and offer advice accordingly.

Please call and talk to them. This sounds like an emergency that needs to be taken care of. I don't think they are monitoring Google for questions.
