I made an appointment that was specifically NOT a dropoff one and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. When I got there for my pet's appointment I was told they did not do that type of appointment and it would take minimum an hour and a half. I was spoken to VERY rudely and brushed aside. Terrible customer service.

First time here! Staff were great and explained everything. He was examined and got the prescription we asked for along with prescriptions for issues that were found! They explained how when to use the prescriptions and handed us a packets with everything we needed to know about his issues. They also cut his nails for us. Edit: he’s mocking his boxer sisters smile in the recent photo! Nails by Banfield 😂

Seriously considering moving to another company. This is the second issue I have had with them. People work, why do you not have back up doctor. To call the day of my appointment to tell me something came up I need to change my appointment. Now it's no telling when my pet will get her follow-up. 😡

I called them for the first time yesterday because my senior dog couldnt walk (looked as if his hind legs had collapsed!) I talked to Karalyn (very nice, polite, caring lady)and she was able to give me a same day appointment and after I explained my loves condition in detail she said due to he nature of it, the team would wait for me(to get out of class) and make my love a priority. They did not disappoint. I swear even the other patients parents were so sweet and caring for my babe. one lady even cried whdn she saw how my dog was trying to stand up and peed on me and himself. (i didnt care about that, thats my baby, nut dhe jumped in to help clean up his mess.I was an awesome initial reception. it made me feel good and my love comfortable. they took my dog to the back and then the Vet lady Dr. came out (I forgot her name right now I'll update soon) but she was amazing! she was kind, caring and most of all she worked with me and offered different options. She even Showed me how to do the pt i have to do st home with him. Then she said, if for any reason i forgot wjat we discussed or if it was too much or Whatever, she said just come back and she will sjow/tell me again. amazing! I bought their senior pet wellness insurance and I am telling you, if you love your dog you need this insurance. I saved over 500$ today with it! all in all given the reason I had to go there today, I'm glad I did at the time I did (330pm 8/30/2022) because they made my not so good day better by assisting my love the way they did. also, I want to say thank you to the other lady in blue scrubs who clipped his nails (even when the groomer I took him to said they couldn't cause he wouldn't let them) well, either it was a lie (at petco grooming) or this tech at Banfield was an angel. I'm so glad I went there and was helped by their wonderful staff. my dog left with a semi high wagging tail (when he got there his tail was hanging low and he was I'm a lot of pain) and that's good enough for me! I hope you find this review helpful and if you have a dog or cat before you go elsewhere check them out! the service, price and staff are all amazing.

My dog is very picky...that Hills type food did not work for my dog. I end up giving my dog fresh carrots and green beans and shredded chicken breast. He eats it very well because I have to make sure he eats before I give him his insulin which he gets twice a day.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We are able to see sick pets as well but primarily focus on preventive care
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
