Why can people walk around unmasked all over the place but refused to seat me cause I wasn't wear one? Funny thing is as I was told I needed a mask 6 people walked right by us not wearing theirs.

This was not my experience as everyone, including myself was wearing a mask until seated.

That has been the problem with the mask enforcement all along. There is almost no consistency anywhere.

I go there regularly. You literally only have to wear a mask for one minute to get seated. Once you're seated with your drink it comes off. If you don't want to wear a mask that's fine, but then don't go places that require it.

While I don't know the specific circumstances, if they had drinks or had open drinks at the bar at the time staff is more likely to be a bit more flexible... They've always been very conscientious of masks outside of those drinking already at the bar, and even then checking people on their keeping them on.
