I have been to this location a couple of times to pick up an online order. They are always terribly slow inside and in the drive thru. This last time I went inside to pick up my food at the scheduled time it was supposed to be ready. The drive thru was all the way around the building, so I didn't want to wait since my food should have been done. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. My food wasn't ready and she had to get everything (they were also out of some stuff). I know it's hard to find people to work these days, but it's kind of ridiculous that this location is always so slow. The most disturbing thing is that while I was waiting, I watched an older shaggy looking white guy, who was making biscuits (with no hair net) coughing all over everything in the back. He did not attempt to cough into his elbow or anything. That is disgusting. The inside of the restaurant didn't look very clean either but to let an employee cough on food while he's prepping it is just wrong.

I waited 20 mins in the line before even getting to order then sat the voice box another 10 mins before getting my order on top of that they was waiting on chicken so I payed and waited another 30 mins before having to walk to thw window because all the doors are closed just to be told again that I'm waiting on chicken when I watch like 15 cars come thru and get their food but it's nothing but young kids with no leader ship

Bad service denied to give me a doordash order keep me waiting for more than 15 minute. Went outside to take order for another people and said she dont care about doorsash.

Service is awful and workers are rude. Check your bags before you leave. After I got home, I realized I was missing several items ( bo berry biscuits, hashbrowns, and silverware). I was almost missing my whole order.
