Unnecessarily long wait time for a drive through...

OVERALL service is atrocious. I arrived at the drive thru at 7:20 pm on Sunday Sept 18th 2022. I was asked to hold. Seven minutes, later, with not another single car in the drive thru other than me, but I elect to go inside since clearly I’m not going to get waited on in the drive through. I go inside and there are two individuals waiting for their food to come out. Upon entry, I’m tempted to just turn around and leave, but my wife really wanted some BK fries. There was trash on the floor, trash on the counter, old fries on the counter, and what was once a partially spilled drink that had been left so long it was a sticky gummy ooze. It’s 7:30, I’ve now placed my order and received my drink cups. In the dining area, the Diet Coke (both) and the regular Coke (both) were out. I informed who seemed to be the manager on shift, they got me the Diet Coke from behind the counter and seemingly at this point, it’s now 7:38, have completely forgotten that I asked for the regular Coke. It’s currently 7:47 and I haven’t received my food. It is now 7:57. I just got my food. My drinks are probably watered down by now.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They are terrible, they run out of items WEEKLY, the food is never hot, they have older people working the drive thru and they clearly struggle with operating the register. I can’t even fault the workers whoever is hiring and in charge of supply Is who is really dropping the ball
