This place is definitely worth the wait! Jaclyn was a huge help during leasing and my actual move in. She is a huge asset to the community! The apartment was in amazing condition upon move in, as well as the rest of the community. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. The property itself is gorgeous along with all the amenities in the clubhouse. I wish I found this place sooner!

I toured with Jaclyn and applied for the waitlist. The verbal instructions I was given about refunding my deposit conflicted with their written policies, and I’m out a few hundred dollars as a result. Be cautious about applying as a student if your plans may change before move in.

2019-05-25 Love it! Will probably be moving in next spring. 2022-05-25: Been here almost two years. I love it. We have an excellent new manager, Delores, very hands on and approachable. Jacquelyn, our leasing agent is also a great asset. The property is very well maintained.

My tour was great with Lily. She definitely needs better help and they are over charging for application fees, holding fee’s and guarantor fees. Jacqlyn likes to talk and not listen to the applicant. Which EVERY REVIEW here states. Being a Florida resident and moving in two months I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you are a pushover and don’t mind paying $800 application fee’s and has a guarantor who has 5x the rent (fyi) rent starts at $1450. I uploaded proof to show I started the process and asked for my funds back due to lack of knowledge in office and not properly joining applicant applications correctly
