This Ross is severely under staffed as stated by other people. I waited in line for 30 minutes. One cashier. Thankfully she was very good! I asked her what was going on. She told me 3 cashiers quit that day! Next time I went in same thing! I just walked out. Makes you wonder what is going on there?

Woman with Loss Prevention vest on, very rude! As I was leaving the store, I pushed my cart towards the entrance & started to proceed out the exit: yelled at me, stating the carts go over there (pointing). I said this cart is hard to push, she said “you didn’t have a problem using it all this time”. I left the store but this woman should not be at this job if she’s that hostile to customers! I’m a senior citizen & should not have to deal with someone as negative! This happened yesterday, 7/26 around 3 pm.

It was other worldly. We walked in and there was clothes and shoes scattered all over the floor, and the entire store was out of stock or dissaray, and there was a line of 50 people with one single cashier. And 2 other employees in the store. Ended up waiting 2 hours to check out. The only positive trait is that the one overworked cashier was still friendly.

One checker on a friday afternoon. She's working as fast as she can. I think businesses are using the pandemic still for being understaffed but this is ridiculous. Disability checkstand is not open. Bouncer/security woman is pretty rude. As I was posting this the manager came out and made an announcement that he was sorry he's understaffed. And added a new checker. That actually got him an extra star.
