Do you allow pets
Laminate in the kitchen, entry way and bathrooms. Carpet every where else.
My apartment has laminate in the kitchen and bathroom and then carpet everywhere else.
I was only in 1 apartment and it was laminate hardwood flooring. I'm sure they have both, call the office.
