This place is a dumpster fire. The staff in the office never picks up the phone, the manager is constantly ignoring the door and locking the office during operating hours. I’ve heard nothing but bad things from my neighbors (who are great people) talking about not having hot water and their sinks not working and just all kinds of messed up stuff and corners getting cut everywhere. Hair and dust getting painted over on floor trim and counters not being leveled correctly. You can ask just about anyone that lives here and they will tell you staff is absolutely awful. Pool and gym have been closed almost the entire time I’ve lived here (almost 10 months now) and they have told us that the amenities are not something we pay for but something they (SVilleS) provide. Not to mention there was a tragic fire here just recently in which 2 people died, and it seemed like none of the staff cared enough to do anything but send out a half-effort email. I cannot wait to leave in January.

I lived here 2 years ago when PRG was in charge and it was horrible. I moved out and have been living at my current place since. I'm applying for a new place and was told that I owe Summerville Station 3800 dollars so I can't rent from anywhere. Didn't break my lease, moved out when I was supposed to, so how is this possible. Idk who owns it now but I'm expected to pay them to get this cleared up. Ridiculous.
