I had a bad experience with the manager Chris, after he snatched my bag checking for blue cheese I had told him wasn’t there. The general manager Shannon reached out to me to try and rectify the experience by apologizing, offering a free meal, and explaining that he had coached Chris. I decided to give Carolina ale house another chance and came in with my boyfriend one afternoon. I ask the waitress if I would be able to get my free meal even though Shannon wasn’t in. She went to get a manager and to no surprise Chris shows up to our table with a clip board, pretending to seem so concerned and adamant about finding notes left by Shannon. He offered to call Shannon. But that was never done. Because we ended up paying. He explained to me that since Shannon had not left any notes or informed him of this that he wouldn’t be able to honor it. Poor excuse for a manager, and was clearly unreceptive of his coaching.

Really nice restaurant great atmosphere with lots of tvs to watch took a couple employees for dinner appetizer fried pickles was great we all ordered 6 wings 2 buffalo breaded they said didn’t have any taste 15 minutes after they received their order I got mine which was not breaded Carolina bbq we all had fries which was good the ranch dressing was really good

If you're interested in just having drinks and appetizers that's your place, I went with a party of 16, needless to say 1 person should not be made to take care of that many people without backup. Half of our party had worked in the food/restaurant business so we actually just kicked back and enjoyed being out and able to get together the food all came out together and we had appetizers so we wouldn't be chasing our server.
Yea they tried to bill me more than the cost of the food we ordered. Probably won't go back there.

This was not my experience as everyone, including myself was wearing a mask until seated.

Bottom line up front: if you are the vegan in the party, you have some options, but if you're looking for a true vegan meal, this may not be your place. They have French fries, sweet potato fries, and fried pickles (you may need to ask what they are battered in), pretzel bites (again, may have butter/eggwash), salad, the veggie burger is a Boca Burger (so I don't think vegan), and you could probably ask for them to custom make a flatbread pizza. I'm vegan and know your struggle!
