There’s a stray cat who stays outside of my college dorm. Can I bring him by and how much would it cost for stray animals?

If it's a stray I would take it to Pawmetto Lifeline on Bower Prkwy because they have a low-cost spay neuter clinic and discounted shots. Shandon wood is a wonderful vet clinic but it is very pricey.

My experience with strays is, wherever you take them, don't call ahead. It's hard for them to say no when you have a cute cat right there.
