Has anyone ever declined to not be in the medical marijuana program and later had issues in Pain Management or about changing the Medicaid you had at that time?

Well maybe I'm a first, after the 3rd time of respectfully declining medical marijuana because I didn't want to loose my rights to bear arms all of a sudden after almost 3 yrs I'm kicked out of pain management.
