Terrible, according to management the head doctor makes changes on a whim to the office policy and doesn't communicate that down to the employee level in a consistent manner. In an attempt to be more profitable, the patient ends up being inconvenienced because the "multiplex" is too busy shuttling people around due to misinformation from the front desk staff. As a Latina, I expect a higher level of service from a Hispanic owned and operated business.

The doctors there are not really doctors they just refer you to everybody else, they are not help oh and they charge you $20 if you don't show to the appointment. I will find another primary doctor do the research first before came here. By the way used to be good when Dr Pulido was the one to see the patients no anymore
