You will have to go and see if your medical issue qualifies to get the card. Their is a fee around 180 00 for the card which is good for months. Hope this helps you.
Iv been a little bit nervous about seeing a new pain mananage doctor that will write my pain medication I have been on oxycodone 10 mg 4x a day for the last 6 months has anyone had a problem with this doctor
